Supportive Housing

The People Concern

Adhering to the Housing First model, our staff work collaboratively across programs and departments to identify “best-fit” housing that will meet the specific needs of each individual.

Housing First is an evidence-based practice to ending homelessness that prioritizes providing housing to individuals experiencing homelessness as quickly as possible without preconditions.

Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is often the ideal solution for individuals with co-occurring conditions who need ongoing, personalized support to achieve long-term stability, improve well-being, and maintain housing.
